What’s been happening:

It's been an interesting journey. I've retired from a 30-year career in civil rights at the federal, state and local level. Now I'm an active volunteer with Youth for Understanding, an international student exchange program. I love to travel and have been to about 1/3 of the world. One memorable trip was to Cameroon where I stayed with friends. My favorite spots where I return again and again are India, Germany, and Paraguay. I enjoy singing with the Prince George's Choral Society, which does both classical music and show tunes. I'm very good friends with my ex, Ramadass, whom I visit in Bangalore. And, of course, I love returning to Penn State several times a year.
